1. Information we collect
Depending on the form, we may collect full or stage name, email, date of birth, country, city and state, phone, social profiles, presentation or performance links, written introductions, artistic information, age declarations and records of acceptance of rules and image-use terms.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to respond to messages; receive and evaluate applications, pitches and Challenge entries; verify eligibility and guardian authorization; contact participants; prevent misuse; administer prizes; and keep necessary process records.
3. Google Forms
Forms are transmitted to and stored through Google Forms and related Google services. Google may process technical information under its own Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive information that a form does not request.

When expressly accepted under the Challenge Rules, ARiYA Studio may use a confirmed finalist's or winner's name, stage name, image, voice and performance excerpts for Challenge coverage on ARiYA's official website and social channels.
5. Minors
Participants under 18 may enter and be evaluated privately without immediate guardian authorization. If pre-selected, confirmation and public announcement as a finalist depend on express guardian authorization and identification within the stated deadline. No minor's finalist content is published before validation.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorized ARiYA Studio personnel, evaluators and service providers needed to operate the relevant process, unless disclosure is legally required.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained only for the period reasonably necessary to operate the relevant process, fulfill records and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable access controls, but no internet transmission is risk-free.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, information about processing, withdrawal of consent or deletion through ARiYA Studio's official contact page. Some records may be retained where legally required.
9. External links and changes
External platforms follow their own privacy policies. We may update this policy when the site, forms or legal requirements change.
